Description
- Automatic single-head cutting-off machine for 90°cuts with automatic in-feeding.
- Electro-welded steel base.
- 4 horizontal pneumatic clamps, 3 vertical pneumatic clamps and central support for small section profiles.
- Profile locking with heavy-duty “bridge” system.
- Cutting unit controlled by a 5.5 kW motor at 2.800 rpm; equipped with wide blade diam. 550 mm.
- Venturi lubrication system. Min. cutting length 5 mm. Max. cutting length 660 mm.
- Bar advancement system with brushless motors running on linear guides with ground rack. End bar length laser detector.
- Operator’s interface on PC-Windows with 7” colour touch-screen.
- The machine is equipped as standard with safety and protection devices in compliance with EU regulations
