Description
HEMS HE-PHT 415 Portable Hydraulic Tester is a machine designed to carry out the testing of hydraulic cylinders. The machine is mobile, meaning that you can bring the tester to the cylinder rather than the other way round. It is designed to be moved by the wheels. The machine features a built-in compressor in order to empty the cylinder after the end of the test. The tester can fill the cylinder with oil, pressurise the oil, and flush the test oil with compressed air.
At the end of the test, a test report is issued, providing you with a detailed understanding of your cylinder. It can perform both automatic and manual testing cycles. These parameters can be set from the panel via a touchscreen monitor.
The maximum operating pressure is also adjustable and is done from the panel. This is where the high-pressure and maximum test pressure levels can be adjusted.
