Description
HEMS portable track presses or ‘Master Pin Pusher’ series HEPP, make it possible to disassemble and reassemble chain sections, driving wheels, pulleys, rollers, gears, bearings and shafts all in the field or workshop.
The 30ton Press, is of uniquely compact and lightweight design. This press includes 3 sets of tooling to cover from 19.3mm to 36.2mm pin diameter. Weighing less than 30kgs and fitting in a compact carrying case, this Master Pin Pusher is ideal for one man operation and mobile plant environments!

HEMS 50ton Press is similar to the 30ton model, but with higher capacity. We would recommend this press for weathered tracks and pins. This model includes pin set and adaptor tooling to cover from 19.3 mm up to 36.2 mm in diameter and many more additional items.
