Contamination from dirt, honing residue, and repair debris is one of the leading causes of hydraulic system failure. The HEMS CBW-300 Cylinder Washer is designed to ensure hydraulic cylinders are thoroughly cleaned and ready for reassembly and return to service.
The CBW-300 combines rotating high-pressure spray nozzles with rotating cleaning brushes to remove contaminants and restore repaired cylinders to a factory-clean finish. Powered by a high-performance 12 GPM diaphragm pump, the system rapidly flushes debris to minimise cleaning time and maximise workshop productivity.
Two interchangeable brush sets allow the unit to clean hydraulic cylinders with bore sizes from 4″ to 13.5″, making it suitable for a broad range of repair applications.
Closed-Loop Filtration for Cleaner Operations
The CBW-300 is engineered to keep both your cylinders and workshop environment clean. Waste fluid exits beneath an integrated splash guard to maintain a cleaner, drier work area before passing through 25-micron filter bags, which remove contaminants and return cleaned solution to the washer tank for reuse.
For enhanced cleaning performance, an optional secondary filtration stage reduces contamination levels down to 3 microns. Captured debris remains contained within the filter bags and can be disposed of with standard workshop dry waste.
