Description

The Mackma BTW50 briquetting machine, versatile and compact solution, compresses metal shavings and recovers processing oil or emulsified coolant.

BTW Series Machines
The Volumetric Briquetting Machine is suitable for the most tenacious material. The material is loaded by gravity and the briquettes made will all be the same size with millimeter precision. The Volumetric Briquetting Machine ejects two briquettes at a time, thus doubling the speed and amount of production per hour.

Able to briquette iron, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze and even some types of plastic.

It has various accessories such as an external shredder to reduce the size of long chips or skeins; an external hopper with vibrator for shavings that tend to compact; an integrated drainage system for chips with a high percentage of oil; an ultrasonic level sensor to check the filling status of the hopper.
