Hybrid technology can provide an effective solution for applications where manufacturers need reliable performance across different tube bending requirements. 

We understand that tube bending involves many variables, including material, tube diameter, wall thickness, bend radius and component geometry. The machine also needs to suit the production volume and level of automation required. 

CNC control helps manufacturers maintain repeatable bending programmes, while a hybrid machine configuration can provide flexibility for different production environments. 

We also consider tooling as part of the solution. Bend dies, clamp dies, pressure dies, wiper dies and mandrels need to work correctly with the machine and tube being processed.
