YLM Tube End Forming Machine – CR-C38
Suitable for shrinking various metal pipes with different materials and shapes. Forming shapes can be convex, concave, sectional, long & flat, square, V-shape, open elbow, flat elbow, etc. The design of the tooling varies with work-piece & customers’ requirements.

- Suitable for shrinking various metal pipes with (1) different materials. (2) different shapes.
- All the parts are made under very strict quality control, so the quality of the machine is in high level and the specification is standardised.
- Equipped with an emergency stop device. Both manual & automatic operations are available.
- Shrinking stroke 150 m/m. The length of the working piece is 4,500 m/m Max. (but no limit on the minimum length).
- An additional feeding system can be added to the machine. The operating security is greatly increased because the operators just do the unloading & collecting job of finished pipes.
- Forming shapes can be convex, concave, sectional, long & flat, square, V-shape, open elbow, flat elbow, etc. The design of the tooling varies with work-piece & customers requirements.
