The OnRobot Lift100 is a 7th axis with a payload capacity of 100 kg, ideal for palletizing applications and other tasks requiring extended range. It can be complemented with the OnRobot Pallet Station which helps the operator placing the pallet in correct position.

  • High-payload 7th axis / vertical rail supporting wide range of robot models.
  • Extra-large stroke for demanding palletizing tasks and other use cases
  • Integrated safety features with TÜV (certification pending) certified stop functionality to facilitate collaborative deployment
  • The Lift100 comes with robot specific adapter plate between the Lift100 and the robot base.
