Description

Delahenty Machinery offer a wide range of OF.ME.R. cutting machines.

OF.ME.R. for over thirty years, have specialised in the fabrication of rebar cutting machines to cut concrete reinforcing steel rods, destined on construction sites.

KEY FEATURES AND MODELS:

  •  The body of the machine, produced in a spheroidal cast iron mono block, guarantees solidity and resistance without the need for welding.
  • Two reductions that minimise stresses and ensure greater durability of the blades and components in motion, while reducing overall noise.
  • Simplified lubrication and screw adjustment control help improve work quality and results.
  • The series includes six models, designed to meet a wide range of labor needs and each machine comes with a one-year warranty on all mechanical components.

REBAR CUTTING MACHINES

  • Every OF.ME.R. labelled cutting machine is structured with safety margins able to tackle the most grueling working rates, common to all largest building sites.
  • Each detail used for the preparation of our rebar processing units is carefully tested during the mounting process, and the finished product is subjected to rigorous quality control before the shipment.
  • Motors are strictly made in Italy and designed to optimize and enhance the working capacity of each machine, such as the electrical components, of the best available brands.
  • The rebar cutting machines is the result of the latest building technologies applied to the experience achieved over the years.
  • The machine body is a monobloc in spheroidal cast iron, with the same resistance of iron, does not have any welding and this gives the product greater strength and a better appearance.
  • It has two reductions: this allows to decrease the stress and impact on the mechanics and to soften the cut, ensuring a longer life to the blades and the moving mechanical parts.
  • The simplified lubricating system and the screw locator greatly improve the quality of work and of the result.

Standard Equipment:

  • Two blades in hardened steel, already fixed on the machine;
  • A set of Allen keys, for ordinary maintenance;
  • A set of wheels, for the machine handling;
  • An industrial plug, that guarantees the electrical connection;
  • A bar sliding device, that helps the movement of the rods toward the zone of cut;
  • Simplified lubrication system, that allows to grease the components that need in very easy and rapid way;
  • Screw locator, that permits to perfectly align the rods in the zone of cut and obtain exactly perpendicular cuts;

  • In the design and construction of the mechanical rebar cutting machines have been adopted criteria and arrangements suitable to satisfy the essential safety requisites foreseen by the Machines Directive 98/37/CEE.
