ARC MASTER

Description

Sets includes both an inside and outside gauge.

RG3600 Radius Gauge set : $480 plus GST
RG750 Radius Gauge Set : $250 plus GST

Applications such as handrails, spiral staircases, aircraft parts, boat railings, awnings, and more will benefit from this tool. An invaluable companion to any angle roll bending or plate roll machine.

• Measuring Length: 11-12 inches
• Range: 6-144 inch radii
• Accuracy: .5 percent
• Construction: aluminum

The Variable Arc attachment is tough and flexible, remove it from the gauge and be creative.

The RG 3600 Radius Gauge set is sure to speed up complicated calculations and fabrication of roll bent materials. The kit includes two versions of the tool to accurately measure either the inside or outside radius of a piece.

The RG 3600 Kit consists of 1- IRG 3600, 1- ORG 3600, 1- Variable Arc, 1- Users Guide.

The RG 750 Radius Gauges are a smaller version of the RG 3600’s. They measure any curvature with a radius from 2.5′(64mm) to 30′(750mm). The short distance between the outer contact points (5′ for the IRG 750 & 6′ for the ORG 750), means shorter arc-length for roll & bump-roll test radius and of course all those smaller jobs where the RG 3600’s won’t fit.

The measuring tolerance of the RG 750 gauges is +/- .5% for all measurements. In most cases this is only suitable as a reference measurement. The RG 750 gauges are NOT recognised by any international standards organisation. There is no calibration certificate for the RG 750 radius gauges. All gauges are tested and adjusted to a maximum tolerance of +/- .5% on all measurements before leaving the factory.

The RG 750 Kit consists of 1- IRG 750, 1- ORG 750, 1 – Users Guide.

Arc Master Radius Gauges should be used for REFERENCE only. They are NOT registered with any Industry Standards Organisation.
