Partnering with our friends at COMAC Italy 🇮🇹, we engineered a bespoke CNC profile bending machine featuring custom cast nylon rolls, perfectly suited for TBS’s unique rail profiles. The result? A fully tailored, high-precision bending system that delivers on quality and efficiency.

A variable geometry CNC section rolling machine with:
✅ Three independently driven rolls
✅ Adjustable roll geometry for precise bending of thin-walled aluminium extrusions
✅ Two-axis CNC control for synchronized feed + bend operations
✅ Cast nylon rolls engineered specifically for TBS’s rail systems
✅ Ultra-accurate positioning with linear encoders (±0.1mm!)
