To support their continued growth and meet increasing demand, Bianco has recently acquired an advanced OSCAM twin head mesh bending machine from Delahenty Machinery. This state-of-the-art 4-metre machine features adjustable arms and cutting-edge automation, allowing Bianco to produce complete polygonal mesh cages in seconds – dramatically reducing manual labour and increasing production speed.

Engineered for high-volume output and precision, the TWIN BEND features:

• Dual bending units (one fixed, one mobile) for simultaneous two-sided bending
• Programmable touchscreen control console for simple, intuitive operation
• Bending capacity of up to Ø12mm
• Hydraulic-driven arms with adjustable spacing for versatile shape configurations
• Capability to store and recall up to 20 different bending cycles

With this new technology, Bianco can efficiently manufacture slabs, columns, walls, and complex reinforcement cages – ideal for both precast and preshape applications. The addition of the OSCAM Twin Bend allows Bianco to deliver superior product quality, faster turnaround, and greater flexibility on projects of all sizes.
