Description

The machines in the RAE series are electrically driven 3-roll bending machines with a familiar asymmetrical construction, providing a simple and inexpensive approach for thin sheet metal bends.

The RAE is generally for smaller metal sheet workshops or contractors.

RAE series roll bending machines are built with a rigid cast iron frame and feature self-lubricating bearings.

The machines feature pre-bending roll adjustment managed via handwheel and position indicator to assure accuracy. Its top and pinch rolls are driven by an electromechanical geared motor with brake.

The RAE’s upper roll can be retracted to the side to allow for easy removal of parts. Roll rotation is controlled by as double safety foot pedal.

Its asymmetrical construction makes it a simple and cheap machine for fine sheet metal, without special requirements

The asymmetrical hydraulic roller generally equips small sheet metal and locksmiths.

In the Picot range, it tends to be replaced by the RCE.
